It's child resistant tin with metal buttons version tin that is a series of 89x73x14mm, 50x50x15mm, 80x58x15mm, 91x76x14mm, 98x60x14mm, 120x58x15mm, 103x74x16mm, 120x67x17mm, 131x102x19mm. It's rolled inside lid and bottom matched child resistant plastic or metal buttons.

Unlike the other child resistant tin version with single size, this child resistant tin version forms a child resistant series that is really helpful for building a series products like gummies, pre-rolls or cartridge packed with the same tin version and different tin size.
Usually, it could be upgraded to an airtight version if adding silicone gasket on lid and covering PS insert or silicone body on bottom though the airtight condition could reach on 60-70% or 80-90% only. For this child resistant lock tin, the unit cost will be a bit expensive than original tinplate child resistant tin because of the labor working and extra accessories cost. But tin size is widely and building a series products line will be easy.
It belongs to child resistant tin with button version. There is no special structure or material for child resistant lock that is regular tin matched plastic or metal buttons to form a child resistant lock. Due to the obvious buttons, the child resistant lock could be distinguished and opened easily.
Unlike the original tinplate material child resistant tin that could reach on 100% airtight, this child resistant tin could do 80-90% airtight condition only by adding silicone insert in tin, but it could be enough as the consumption of gummies, pre-rolls, edibles or carts.
There is no limit for artwork printing because of the shorter height and regular tinplate material. Usually, most of customers apply matte finish with embossing on tin or few customers applies laminated tinplate or soft tin - rubber oil tin to build a unique high-end brand for their pre-rolls, edibles.
Our suggestion is making metallic gold for logo matched embossing with glossy finish and rest of background with matte finish so that logo area will be shine.
The inside size 85x69mm could pack several gummies or 10 mini pre-rolls(not exceed 59mm length) with a PS or metal insert. The size of this child proof tin could pack 6-7 half gram pre-rolls also. Except for pre-rolls packaging, it could pack gummies, cartridge set with paper or PS holder.
