The 100x60x20mm child proof lock tin box originated in 2018 as the first generation of the child resistant lock version, GEN1. This child proof lock tin box was the first to be developed and certified for child resistant lock functionality, a classic child proof lock tin box that combines aesthetics and practicality. In 2021, the tin box underwent an upgrade in sealing and was put into a fully automated production line, making it more affordable. Based on this child proof lock structure, its derivative sizes constitute the GEN1 series of tin boxes, making it one of the few child resistant lock tin boxes on the market that forms a self-contained system and is concentrated in one manufacturer.
This tin box, as the first child-resistant tin box self-certified and self-developed, achieved early mass production and spawned a large number of similar tin boxes with different structures based on its child-resistant structure. The design concept is to create a new child-proof lock function using the existing tin box's structure and materials. This child resistant tin box design allows for continuous upgrades in sealing and window functionality, while remaining affordable and functionally stable.
Thanks to continuous optimization of its automated die-cutting and printing methods, the printing on this tin box is virtually limitless. The all-over matte ink printing, combined with the engraved areas, gives the brand a sense of understated sophistication, much like an established brand.
Its internal dimensions are 3.7" x 2.05". It's typically used as gummy packaging, and its 100% airtight seal helps the candy retain its original flavor for a long time. After the candy is eaten, the tin box can also be used to pack pre-rolls, but a paper or blister pack will be needed to protect the prerolled joints.
