It's three-pieces structure to resist the printing limit on side edge after stretching process. The compact tin size with PS insert could protect pre-rolls in the bag or packet very well. Unlike the other pre-rolls tin case, square tin shape releases more space to pack more pre-rolls and accessories like lighter. The flat surface with hinged lid plus two layers tin bottom is made up of this classcial tin case for pre-rolls packaging. Usually, tin box will match PS insert and printing butter paper to form a high-end pre-rolls tin case. This tin case could be improved to smell proof version that needs to add silicone gasket into tin body, but it couldn't reach on water-proof airtight condition.

All the artworking/embossing could be applied to this square pre-rolls tin case. Putting the artwork into template and then printing tin samples will be finished after 10 days. For this square tin box, glossy finish will be flighty and matt finish matches it very well that belongs to classical version. If you want to promote the level of this tin case, double sides printing will be a nice choice.
