It's airtight two-pieces structure rectangular shape tin box that is designed for herbal mixed flower bag. Usually, herbal flower will be packed by mylar bag with airtight condition. But mylar bag couldn't provide continuously airtight condition once mylay bag is opened.
This resealable airtight tin box was invented to support continuing sealed to keep herbal flower dry and fresh always. This airtight tin box size 4.88x3.5 inches was designed for 5 packs herbal flower bag matched original gold color for outside and inisde due to the taller height that the printing layer will be broke with CMYK color. Usually, customers like to add a paper sleeve for outside of this airtight tin box to increase the brand impression.
It's rolled-outside lid and bottom and there are two slots on two sides of lid to lock the rolled-outside edge of bottom. Adding a silicone gasket matched lock forms this airtight and 100% sustainable tin box. Unlike Gen1 hinged tin box with same structure, this two-pieces structure airtight tin box doesn't need to add a metal holder that will save more cost. And this airtight tin box couldn't be upgraded to airtight tin version if adding slot deeper.
Due to the taller height, there are more limits for printing like no lighter color, don't do metallic version. For this airtight two-pieces tin, most customers apply gold color for outside and inside only as a stock container for their herbal mixed flower. But they will add embossing area on tin matched colorful paper sleeve to increase their brand impression.
The inside tin size is 4.65x3.42 inches that is desiged for 5 herbal flower mixed bags. The resealable airtight space could keep herbal flower dry and fresh always. Except for herbal flower packaging, it could be as an airtight condition to pack joints, tea bag, gummis or smoking accessories
